With his approachable style, Mel applies his knowledge and 30 years of experience by working with each client to develop a personalized training program to help them achieve their unique goals.
Training programs are refined as the needs and goals of his clients continue to develop.
Mel is highly motivated by client success and has a passion for clarity of purpose, in turn, inspiring and motivating clients to reach their goals.
Mel has a perpetual curiosity for learning about the ever-evolving arena of health and fitness and applies his passion and knowledge in presentations, sharing a broad spectrum of modalities.
When Mel is not in the studio, he can be found spending his time with his wife, Carrie and two kids, Lucas and Maren. Mel is also a life-long musician and is co-founder of the band Castle Lane celebrating the genre of soul/funk/rock/blues.
