Immediately, the first and only place that came to mind was Mel and his studio in Hopewell. After consulting with Mel, we came up with a game plan. With a very strict and knowledgeable eye, Mel has helped me get back on the horse again and take back control of my physical mobility before it was too late. As I watch clients come in and out of his studio, it is very apparent what a blessing Mel is to the Hopewell and surrounding community. And, I am to report, my knee pain has disappeared and I can walk normally again.

Working out with personal trainer extraordinaire...Mel Johnson who I have known for over 20 years as the best personal trainer in the State of New Jersey...if your trainer doesn't make you sweat like this, it's because he is not motivating you...maybe you should have a baby sitter instead of a personal trainer. Mel is the best.
