Mel Johnson

As founder of M3 Studios, Mel Johnson has devoted his career to defining health and fitness best practices. Applying 30 years of experience with his approachable style, Mel has worked with a multitude of clients to develop personalized training programs that achieve goals. Outside of the studio, Mel is a life-long musician and can be found spending his time with his wife Carrie, and children Lucas and Maren.

Pandemic Precautions

Rest assured that M3 Studios is doing our best to help flatten the curve. In addition to staggering training session times, limiting building capacity, and increasing online training class options, we are taking the following steps to create a safe environment:
  • Training staff and clients maintain at least six feet of distance from one another, to the maximum extent possible during training sessions and inside of the studio.
  • Routinely clean / disinfect the worksite, high-touch areas, and equipment in accordance with DOH and CDC guidelines.
  • Provide approved sanitization materials for employees and visitors at no cost to those individuals
  • Ensure that employees practice hand hygiene, wear masks or face coverings, and participate in daily health checks
  • Setup contact-less training reservation and payment technology through Mind Body Online to help limit physical interactions.
We also encourage our customers to wear masks or facial coverings, wash/sanitize your hands before sessions, and — most importantly — stay at home if you are feeling sick.
